Stephen McNally
Stephen McNally, a mechanical engineer by trade, now retired, spent four decades managing projects, teams and entire country operations for several oil and gas companies around the globe. He lent his talents to the development and management of some of North America's largest oil fields, including Prudhoe Bay in Alaska and the Bakken in North Dakota.
His expertise crossed geographical boundaries, as he brought his seasoned insights and experience to bear in diverse locations across the world. His long career has been characterized by constant change and the ability to adapt to different challenges by virtue of working in Canada, the UK and Australia. In addition, Stephen further honed his business acumen as he donned the mantle of Country Manager for Hess, steering their operations to great success in both Equatorial Guinea and Indonesia.
Having concluded his distinguished tenure in the oil and gas industry, Stephen has transitioned into an advising and investing role. Today, he is the leader of Sobyeski Investments, a family run institution boasting over a decade of experience of investing in and advising nascent healthcare startups.
