Kirk Riedinger is the Founder and Manager of Riedinger Search, which is focused on making investments in small and medium sized growth businesses located in the U.S., Europe, South, and Central America. Prior to becoming a full time investor, Kirk launched one of the first ever team searches acquiring what would become Alta Colleges. Kirk scaled Alta from $3 million to over $400 million in revenue during his tenure, and is widely regarded as one of the most successful searchers-turned-investors in the asset class’ history. Kirk holds a Bachelor’s in International Relations from Stanford University as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School.
