José is a Managing Partner of Ashford Venture Partners as well as the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of QMC Telecom International Holdings LLC, a multinational provider of wireless infrastructure. He previously served as Co-CEO of VIU Media until the sale of the company to Lamar Advertising. At the time of the sale, VIU Media was Puerto Rico’s largest locally owned outdoor advertising company. José has also worked with KPMG in their middle-market M&A Advisory Group, UBS in Zurich, and with Chase Manhattan Bank. He and his business partner were once named Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneurs of the Year. José has served on several boards of directors and received his undergraduate degree from Babson College, an MBA from the University of Michigan, and is presently on the Advisory Board for the IESE Business School International Search Fund Center.
