Harold Mottet is the Founder and Managing Partner at Klickitat Fund. Previously, he was CEO at Empire Packaging & Displays before its sale to Smurfit-Kappa in 2016. Since the exit, Hal has focused his time on investing and advising CEO's. During his long and successful career across several businesses, Hal has broken through barriers and employed developmentally disabled adults in jobs that may be considered too challenging by some, however found tremendous success and great results while delivering a positive impact to the community.

Hal sits on a number of boards including the Board of Directors for eCard Systems, Northwest Analytics, Avon Growth and the Search Fund Alliance.

Hal received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and presently resides in the Phoenix area.
