His track record also includes steering both mid-sized and large publicly traded companies toward SOX 404 compliance, leveraging his extensive experience in risk assessment, control environment evaluation, and the strategic implementation of operational and financial internal controls.

Amman earned a Bachelor of Commerce and Masters in Public Accountancy from McGill University.
